YIP or the Youth Intern Program is an intensive summer program for St. Paul high school students to build skills in video production, civic engagement, and career exploration. Over an 8-week period, a diverse group of youth produce Public Service Announcements and documentaries about issues affecting youth in Saint Paul. This PSA is about absent fathers.

Description
Set it Up is SPNN's teen produced television show. The crewpicks a different topic for every episode and produces short segmentsbased on the theme. Segments range in style from documentary to music video. Past themes include "Entertainment," "Biography," and"Teen Scenes." Check out http://www.setitup.blogspot.com/ for moreinformation. In this episode, the third of the 06-07 season, each teen producer submitted a segment addressing a "teen issue," important to them. Segment topics include, negotiating with parents, inexpensive activities for teens, and alternative schools.
