Cambridge Community Television's Youth Channel

Cambridge Community Television's Youth Media Program is designed to teach Cambridge teens media making and career readiness skills. The program is comprised of two components: the Summer Media Institute (SMI) and the School Year Production Program (SYPP).
SMI is a six-week work expereience and media production program run though a partnership with the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program. Each summer, teens in the program attend workshops and learn camcorder, editing, lighting and audio, gaining media art, technical production, and computer application skills.
SYPP is an afterschool program designed to provide teens with an opportunity to further develop career readiness and media production skills after the conclusion of the Summer Media Institute.
